- TEST for English or Russian or Polish
- Original of High School diploma/ translation on Polish or English or Russian
- Interview (do not worry this is not an exam, the main idea is to get to know the candidate)
- Health certificate
- Registration fee
All fees must be made payable to the University. You may not enroll and start classes until the full annual payment of fees has been received. Services may-be withdrawn in the case of non-payment.
Fees should be paid into the account of the University of Finance and Management:

Fees are determined annually and are subject to slight inflation-adjusted variations. Students are also required to pay a single registration fee.
- the first instalment – within a week of the interview,
- the second instalment – 20th November,
- the third instalment – 10th February,
- the fourth instalment – 20th April.
The university assists exchange students in finding accommodation in students’ houses or in apartments. For students WSFiZ provides hostel, it cost about 80-150 euro per month. The student’s monthly nutrition and city transportation expenditures approximately is 250-300 Euro. Wonderful localization of the University: WSFiZ located in the center of Bialystok, thanks to this placement, you can easily get to anywhere in the city.
Foreign students are obligated by Polish law to be covered by health insurance in their home country.
